The America Tax Virtual Office uses TaxDome, a software solution that helps ease the communication between us and our clients.

The virtual office is accessed by logging in through our secure, user-friendly client portal.

Anything you can do in-person at our Rimrock office can be done from anywhere using our virtual office from the comfort of your mobile phone or computer.

- electronically sign documents and contracts
- settle invoices
- complete documents such as tax questionnaires and organizers
- securely exchange information and safely store personal data.
- with the built-in secure messaging system, we can request information we need from you or chat in real-time.
- If we need you to do something, you will receive timely notifications and will see an easy-to-read to-do list.
